All orders should be delivered 5-10 days after dispatch from our warehouse. However, due to actions outside of our control, various customs departments may quarantine our goods on arrival for up to 48 hours, thereby causing delay of receipt. All goods in stock usually ship within 24 hours.

While we do our best to ensure that we have all titles listed on the site in stock, there are times when hot titles move faster than our re-supply creating an out of stock situation. If this happens to your order, the status under My Orders will state, "Awaiting Shipments". We will do our best to clear all back orders within 14 days. We will also send you an email notification if back orders are not cleared within 10 days.
There may be times when we are unable to get a particular title. If this happens, you will be notified immediately and we will process a refund through our payment provider. This title will then be necessarily removed from our site.
There are two types of damage; to the case, and to the disk. If you receive a damaged case, please contact our Customer Support or support@bangcd.com and we will ship you a new case free of charge.
If you receive a defective product, please return to us for a refund or a replacement product. The choice is yours. However, to take advantage of this offer, please return the product to us within 30 days. If you have the original package, just seal it up with tape and write return to sender on the box. You can find out additional information in the Customer Support section.
BangCD wants to provide the most competitive costs and the quickest delivery. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in good condition within 30 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the CD less a nominal administration charge as stated below for different currency payment:

For DVDs (Music/Movies/Box Sets/TV Series) and other products the administration charges can be up to 12% of the purchase value and any postal charges for the return of goods will be borne by the purchaser. It is absolutely important that you select the correct version or regions of the desired items. If you have discovered that you have made a mistake in the selection please notify our Customer Support immediately so that we may rectify the situation before the items are put on the shipping manifest.
